To begin the occupied staging process, we first conduct an initial consultation to understand your needs and preferences. Based on our assessment, we provide you with tailored suggestions to make your living space more appealing to potential buyers. That's where we come in - to offer you an extra helping hand. We offer a range of options to assist you in preparing your home for sale, so that you can focus on other important aspects of the transition.
TYPES OF OCCUPIED STAGING:

​​Styling Evaluation is a great starting point for Realtors and their sellers to get on the same page. It’s also great for a seller who wants a solid plan to stage their own house. We share all of our knowledge about Home Staging at this appointment and provide a detailed, room-by-room Selling Success Plan along with styling guides for every area of your house.

Half-day occupied staging services typically last for about four hours and involve a professional stager working with the homeowner to pre-pack, store, reorganize, and depersonalize the home.

Full-day occupied staging services last for a longer duration, typically around eight hours. In addition to the tasks carried out during the half-day service, full-day services provide a more comprehensive approach that allows for more time, which maybe extensive renovations, furniture rentals, or other upgrades to enhance the home's appeal to potential buyers.

Photo prep staging services aim to enhance the appearance of a home in preparation for professional photography, we will visit your property and utilize advanced lifestyle merchandising techniques to strategically prepare your home for sale, using your existing furnishings and decor. By optimizing the arrangement and presentation of these items, we can create an inviting and appealing atmosphere that will help to generate more interest and offers from potential buyers.
